Return Process

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the tracking information is scanned for your records.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
